1 Purchase Executive – Solar Division

Job Summary:

(2-5 years of experience in procurement)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and purchasing solar components (like modules, inverters, structures, cables, etc.), strong vendor management skills, and the ability to negotiate cost-effective deals while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure solar equipment and materials as per project requirements.
  • Evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, supplier database, and inventory tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project-specific standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new solar technologies.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
  • Handle import/export documentation (if applicable).

2 Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Side (AC & DC)

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Side (AC & DC) will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing improvements to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems, including AC and DC equipment, to ensure reliable operation with safety precautions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in various products and equipment. Perform root cause analysis to address and prevent recurring problems.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Prepare detailed reports on electrical system performance and maintenance costs.

3 Liasioning Executive

Job Summary:

(2-3 years of experience in a MW scale Solar EPC Project liaison or public relations role)

The Liasioning Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating interactions between our company and external stakeholders, including government bodies (Various DISCOMs and other Government agencies related to project), regulatory agencies, and other key partners. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, facilitating effective communication, and fostering positive relationships to support our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders to support business operations and objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations, laws, and policies. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for external communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordination: Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and collaborations between the company and external parties. Organize and manage events or initiatives related to stakeholder engagement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and interactions with external parties. Prepare and review reports and presentations as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and external stakeholders. Propose solutions to address challenges effectively.

4 HR Executive

Job Summary:

(3 – 4 years of experience in human resources management)

The HR Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing HR programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Provide support and guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

5 Account Manager

Job Summary:

(3-4 years of experience in account management)

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team and handle the day-to-day activities and major account goals like relation with the banks and their representatives, invoice and payment process (Nationalised & International), interaction and cooperation with CA firm for audit related documentations, other loan and fund managements as per the instructions, GST and other Taxation management on time etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day activity: Need to manage the data entry in Miracle Software, overall management, stock management in the system, and routine payment transactions. Management of cash flow along with maintaining proper records.
  • Inter Departmental Coordination: Need to coordinate with individual departments for their account-related jobs and perform the required activities accordingly.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and development, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products. Develop and present proposals and recommendations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, tracking key metrics and preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders. Analyze client feedback and market trends to make informed recommendations.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage account-related documentation and maintain accurate records. Prepare and manage account budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and client expectations.

6 Design Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) - Solar Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Projects

Job Summary:

(0 – 2 years / 2 – 4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical design)

The Design Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) will be responsible for designing and optimizing mechanical or electrical systems for solar ground-mounted projects. This role involves creating detailed designs, conducting simulations, and ensuring that all designs meet technical specifications and industry standards and concern government bodies rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create and develop detailed mechanical or electrical designs for solar ground-mounted systems, including structural supports, wiring layouts, and system integration.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop design plans and timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Simulation and Analysis: Perform simulations and analysis to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs. Utilize software tools to model and test design concepts.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments to meet safety and performance requirements.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, and installation instructions. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project updates.
