1 Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Side (AC & DC)

Job Summary:

(2-3 years of experience in an electrical maintenance engineering role)

The Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Side (AC & DC) will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing improvements to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems, including AC and DC equipment, to ensure reliable operation with safety precautions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in various products and equipment. Perform root cause analysis to address and prevent recurring problems.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Prepare detailed reports on electrical system performance and maintenance costs.
  • System Improvements: Identify opportunities for electrical system enhancements and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering and production teams to support operations and resolve electrical maintenance-related challenges.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. Implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Emergency Response: Provide timely response to electrical system failures or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

2 Liasioning Executive

Job Summary:

(2-3 years of experience in a MW scale Solar EPC Project liaison or public relations role)

The Liasioning Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating interactions between our company and external stakeholders, including government bodies (Various DISCOMs and other Government agencies related to project), regulatory agencies, and other key partners. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, facilitating effective communication, and fostering positive relationships to support our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders to support business operations and objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations, laws, and policies. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for external communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordination: Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and collaborations between the company and external parties. Organize and manage events or initiatives related to stakeholder engagement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and interactions with external parties. Prepare and review reports and presentations as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and external stakeholders. Propose solutions to address challenges effectively.
  • Monitoring: Stay informed about changes in regulations, policies, and industry trends that may impact the company. Provide recommendations for adapting strategies as needed.

3 Design Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) - Solar Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Projects

Job Summary:

(0 – 2 years / 2 – 4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical design)

The Design Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) will be responsible for designing and optimizing mechanical or electrical systems for solar ground-mounted projects. This role involves creating detailed designs, conducting simulations, and ensuring that all designs meet technical specifications and industry standards and concern government bodies rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create and develop detailed mechanical or electrical designs for solar ground-mounted systems, including structural supports, wiring layouts, and system integration.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop design plans and timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Simulation and Analysis: Perform simulations and analysis to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs. Utilize software tools to model and test design concepts.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments to meet safety and performance requirements.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, and installation instructions. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of designs into the overall project. Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation phase.
